Common Ease delivers to addresses within Australia.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery is A$4.50. Delivery is free when the order total reaches A$49.

Estimated delivery time

Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days after dispatch. Regional and remote destinations, peak periods and carrier network disruptions may take longer.

Carriers and tracking

Orders may be delivered by Australia Post, StarTrack or another tracked courier selected for the destination. Tracking details will be provided when available.

Delivery addresses

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. If an address needs to be corrected, contact us as soon as possible at supper@commonease.shop. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.

Delayed, lost or damaged deliveries

If tracking has not updated, an order is overdue, or a parcel arrives damaged, contact us at supper@commonease.shop with the order number. We will review the delivery and provide a solution consistent with the Australian Consumer Law.
