These terms apply when you use commonease.shop or place an order with Common Ease.
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we begin processing it. If we cannot supply an accepted order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund or other solution.
Products, prices and availability
Product descriptions, images, prices and availability are presented as accurately as reasonably possible. Prices are in Australian dollars. The total shown at checkout includes the applicable delivery charge.
Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. You must provide accurate billing and payment information and be authorised to use the selected payment method.
Delivery
Standard delivery is A$4.50 and is free when the order total reaches A$49. Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days after dispatch. Orders may be delivered by Australia Post, StarTrack or another tracked courier selected for the destination. Further information is available on our Delivery page.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or compensation if a product is faulty, unsafe, does not match its description or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Website use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use its content in a way that infringes intellectual property or other rights.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under law. To the extent permitted by law, Common Ease is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. The terms displayed when an order is placed apply to that order.
